We have a strong commitment to the communities in which we live and work. Giving back to the community is not only our duty; it is a prerequisite of being a good corporate citizen. Summus Industries is proud to support several charitable organizations and academic institutions.

• The Fort Bend County Women’s Center is one of the charitable organizations supported by our company. This organization provides shelter and assistance to women and children that have been subject to domestic violence and abuse. For the last six years, Summus Industries has been a proud supporter of the Fort Bend County Women’s Center with donations of gifts and volunteer time.
• Summus Industries places a high value in the education of our future leaders. That is why we have funded scholarship opportunities at Texas Tech University and Texas Tech University Health Sciences to benefit ethnic minority students in the fields of business and medicine. Assisting with the financial burden of higher education through scholarships is another example of our desire to give back to the community.
• Our company sponsors internships at university campuses across the state of Texas.  These positions give students the opportunity to learn more about business, marketing and customer service and to make valuable contacts for future careers.
