Frequently Asked Questions

Tracking an Order

1. Once signed into your Staples account, visit your Purchase history by selecting the Orders menu > Order Tracking & History below the top-right navigation. 

2. Click on the Order # of the order that you wish to track. 

3. The Order details page will provide a high-level visual timeline of the delivery. Click Track this item to see more tracking details. 

4. A drawer will extend from the right that will display full tracking details including tracking number, carrier, and if delivered, the Signed by name or proof of delivery image.

Note: A proof of delivery image may not be available for all deliveries.

 

Missing Items

Check your order and shipment confirmation emails to determine if your missing item is scheduled to ship separately.

If your missing item was scheduled to arrive in the same box with other items that you've already received, contact Order Support at summus@ediversitynetwork.com

Defective Item

Exchanges are not allowed. Please enter a return and add the defective item to your next order.

1. Visit your Purchase history by selecting the Orders menu > Returns & Cancellations below the top-right navigation.

2. Find your order and click Returns.

3. Verify your Contact information and Return pickup address. Select Edit contact info if you need to make changes.

4. Confirm the number of boxes to be picked up.

5. Check the box for the items you want to return. Select the quantity you're returning then click Select reason for return and choose from the options presented.

6. A banner will display at the top of your screen with a red Submit return button once all required fields are completed. Select to complete your return.

7. Your return is now being processed. Return instructions and a link to a printable return label (if applicable) will be displayed after submission on the Order details page. You will also receive a return confirmation email with this information.

Returns
